We specialize in bringing your teeth back to good health, both by treating diseases that cause damage and by repairing or replacing damaged teeth.

Even with regular brushing and flossing, both children and adults can get cavities from decay-causing bacteria. Fillings are the answer, to both restore the beauty of your smile and to strengthen the remaining tooth structure and prevent future problems. We use mercury-free, composite, or tooth-colored fillings that match the color of your own enamel so closely that you will look as though you never had any dental work!

A crown covers a tooth, to restore it to its normal shape, size, and strength. They are used to strengthen teeth with large fillings, to restore broken teeth, to cover teeth that are damaged or discolored, to cover a dental implant, or to attach a bridge.

A bridge (a fixed partial denture) fills in gaps where one or more teeth used to be, and is attached to the surrounding teeth. Together, crowns and bridges will both restore the functionality of your mouth (your ability to speak and eat naturally) and renew your self-confidence.

A denture is a removable appliance that replaces teeth missing due to decay, trauma, or gum disease. It will allow you to eat and speak, and keep your facial muscles from sagging. If you still have some of your teeth, we may recommend a removable partial denture that attaches to the healthy teeth.

It is natural for new dentures to feel a little awkward and even cause some minor irritation. Also, over time, natural shifts in the structure of your mouth may cause dentures to fit poorly. We will gladly schedule follow-up appointments to ensure the best fit, and teach you how to take care of your dentures to remove food particles and plaque with daily brushing. And don’t forget that even if you wear full dentures, you will still need to brush your gums and tongue.

When permanent tooth replacement is more appropriate, you can trust our expertise in both placing and restoring all implants. If you would like to learn more about this amazing, comfortable solution to missing teeth, read our Implant Dentistry Page and give us a call.

We remove the decayed and diseased part of your tooth, disinfect the inside, and insert a sterile filling material. If the work involves the molars, we will refer you out to a specialist that we trust; otherwise, we will complete the procedure at our own practice.

Similarly, we can perform many major surgeries, including wisdom teeth removal and bony impactions in house, but if the procedure requires sedation, we might refer you to a highly qualified, trusted specialist.

If a tooth needs to be removed because it is damaged or it causes crowding in your mouth, we will perform an extraction. Afterwards, it is important to follow the diet that we recommend. Rinse your mouth gently, and brush your other teeth, but avoid vigorous cleaning close to the extraction. If you experience swelling, use a cold cloth, and call us if you have any unexpected symptoms.
